Raptors On 3 Game Skid

Ravenwood Lacrosse is on a 3 game skid after losses to Westminster Christian (Miami), Briarcrest and Christian Brothers.

On March 2nd the Raptors faced off against Westminster Christian for the first time in program history. Westminster was on a spring break style visit to the Nashville area and stopped by RHS for a little lacrosse action. A very competitive game ended in a Westminster victory, 13 - 10.

The Raptors then headed to Memphis for the weekend to play Briarcrest on Saturday and CBHS on Sunday. An uninspired second half performance on Saturday cost the team a 13-4 loss to the Saints. A more focused effort on Sunday had the Raptors in it until the end vs. The Brothers before faltering 13-10.

The injury bug has been a challenge for the Ravenwood Defense with 3 starters suffering injuries that will keep them out for an extended period. Rising defensemen will be challenged to step in and steady the Raptor effort.

Ravenwood will host Siegel on 3/9 at Ravenwood Stadium
